There are more worlds than the one you can hold in your hand. (Sunday's entry)

I’m on vacation! Hopefully, this will be posted on Monday, as I am traveling to my cousin’s house and I’ll be able to steal wireless internet from the church across the street. (How horrible does that sound? I’m not usually such a thieving person, I promise.)

Today, I woke up around ten and ate menudo (Mexican soup with hominy, onion, cilantro, lemon and the winning ingredient- cow stomach! It’s actually excellent.). Then I hopped into a car with my grandparents and my mother and trucked down the highway to another tiny town to see my greatuncle at a flea market. I bought a bunch of vintage jewelry and another Temperance Brennan book for my collection. Hardcover, this time. I tried to hunt down some X-Files stuff, because they usually have tapes and such at resale shops, but alas. Some other crazed fan had bought them all.

I came home, completely stuffed (after this huge brisket burrito I ate at the flea market) and settled on my bed with my laptop and watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I spent a few hours idolizing Audrey Hepburn and here I am now! I think I’m going to begin my MYTHARC MADNESS soon. First, I’m watching Biogenesis and the Sixth Extinction, parts one and two. I’ve heard those are good. No clue what’s next after those, though.
